How we prioritize your safety
Caring for the safety of our players has been our priority since the beginning of room construction. We want you to feel comfortable and fully focused on the fun. Therefore:
- We meet fire safety regulations. The room is built with materials that provide fire protection (non-flammable or non-combustible materials, fire reaction class B-s2 or better according to the Polish Standard PN-EN 13501-1).
- Fire extinguishers are available in the rooms.
- Emergency lighting is installed in each room.
- We have placed safety buttons that disable power and activate emergency lighting.
- The doors to the rooms are never locked during the game.
- Players are not restrained in the rooms.
- The rooms have undergone a mandatory trial evacuation in accordance with the Regulation of the Ministry of Interior and Administration on fire protection of buildings, under the supervision of a fire protection specialist.
- There is no gas installation or open flame in the premises.
- Players do not have direct access to 220V or higher voltage electricity.
- All game rooms are monitored by cameras. Continuous communication is available between the staff and the players.
- A first aid kit is available on the premises.
